“We were left in a lurch when the home inspector that we had booked from a different company cancelled on us at the last minute. Keith with Ranger Home Inspections was available to talk with us early on a Sunday morning and did the inspection for us the same day. He took his time with the inspection and was very thorough. Our biggest worry in choosing a home inspector was getting someone who was partnered with a real estate broker and might have incentive to minimize or overlook issues with a house in order to encourage the sale. That was definitely not the case with Keith. He took time to go over his findings with us after the inspection, and afterwards, our realtor commented that he took even the smallest issues very seriously. That was just fine with us! His report was easy to understand, and when we followed up with him to ask for more details on a couple of the items identified in the report, he got back to us promptly. You can find home inspectors that charge more for an inspection than Ranger does, but we don’t think the quality of those inspections could have been much better than what we had with Ranger.”
